If you replaced the master start by bleeding it at the hose. Pump the clutch and while holding it down crack the line going from the master. Tighten the line and let up on the clutch. Pump, hold, crack, secure, release. Repeat until good fluid flow, then start on the slave.

I just did one last week and had the same problem at first.
