How does the customer know whether it is the technician's fault or not? An honest mechanic would at least point out that he broke something. The guy who broke the studs on the radiator fan for me did not tell me, and wanted to sell me a new fan motor for big bucks. Another mechanic found the problem quickly, and repaired it. mcneely
