First Eric, did you get a Campmobile owner's book with your camper? That is a supplement to the regular owner's manual, and describes the camper equipment and its use. Interestingly, mine has some pages in English, some in French, a printer's glitch. Fortunately, I am able to read French, though my high school and college courses did not make a French speaker of me and I've had little practice.

The pump switch is activated by turning the faucet handle counterclockwise (to your right as you face the sink). Turning clockwise opens the city water valve. Center position, the city water valve is closed, and the pump switch is off. There is barely a bump to feel for this position.

If you do not get water flow with the faucet handle in the pump switch on position, the pump might be bad, the switch might be bad, there might be a blockage in the line (which is quite small and microbial growth can occlude it), or any one or more of various electrical connections might be bad. A continuity tester might be helpful in this situation. I'd try to find out what the problem was before I'd start buying parts.

The parts are available from several vendors, including Bus Depot, GoWesty, and a specialty supplier whose name I cannot recall right now. Google should find it. There are also "upgrades" available for those who like to push rather than turn a faucet handle.

Welcome to the world of new Campmobile ownership. There is lots to find out about the beasts, but the wife and I sure enjoy ours. We did so this past weekend, as a matter of fact.
