Hi David

Not much telling what's up here. One idea that comes to mind, maybe over the years someone was using a rubber band to hold something in place while "the glue dried". Such as a gasket, etc. Again nothing comes to mind, I don't think I would loose much sleep over it though. Unless another member thinks of something.
