Thank you everyone. I have done the one-click order for the 750x. Long ago, in another lifetime, I had access to the type of sharpener that mounts on a workbench next to a grinder. It worked OK with careful use. The bench grinder that I have now does not seem to be stable enough for that type. I have had some success with free hand sharpening, and have great respect for those who are skilled at it. Now that I have only one good eye, those 3-D, multiple angle situations are very difficult. :-(
