Google searches produce no sellers, very strange.  BTW, I did find another
product that uses the same principle as the device that started this
thread, a tube that bursts.  But straight, not flexible.  And no sellers
for that product either so no pricing.  That is the Jomar Firestick.  A
search will get their website.
