RE: Solar Panels I used removable/movable/stored when driving solar panels for about six years. First a single 50 watt panel then two 50 watt panels. And found that the store and deploy process got to be a PITA. So last fall I mounted a single 120 watt panel on the roof and have grinned ever since. No more hassle, no space taken up inside. And my aux battery stays fully charged all the time, even under cloudy skies all winter. Do I try to park with my panel exposed to the Sun for at least part of the day? Yes. Has that been a problem? No. My advise? Go big, the biggest panel you can afford. Then put it on top and forget it. YMMV
