The fact that the battery gauge panel is going from green to yellow is proff the fridge is trying to work on 12 volt, along with the fact that you may not have adequate charge line capacity to support the fridge and charge the house battery. Whenever you change mode from gas to either of the electric options there will be a tome delay before cooling begins again. Think boiling a pot of water on a gas stove. Then move the pot form the gas and place it on an electric stove and then turn it on. It will be a while before it boils again. Then to make things worse you keep opening the door to see if it is getting cold! Dennis

Ok, the ole dometic is working with shore power, it is working with propane. I had thought the battery power was working, but now that I tested it out, not sure. Unplugged it from shore, started her up and switched to battery. First thing I notice is the battery light panel goes from green to yellow, which is odd since the aux battery is new. I also notice the "burner" light is on and bright. (Double checked to make sure all propane was off.) I was not running a long time, but I think the temp was starting to drop. Any ideas?!
