Ron, that relay has nothing at all to do with AC operation.

Check that your circuit breaker down by the back seat is engaged (push it in).

Check for 110 VAC at the outlet box in the pantry.

Verify switches set correctly and thermostat turned clockwise.

The fan is entirely independent, controlled by a thermoswitch on the condenser fins behind the fridge.

Any reason not to use LP to run it? Ten pounds of propane will run the fridge about three weeks in New England.
