What's that extra exhaust noise I'm hearing lately ? Why is my steering wheel hot to the touch after I've been driving a while ??

if it's for the sake of art, why are the pipes not painted in high temp exhaust paint ?? It's 'a solution' I suppose. Creative anyway.
