Different plug, obviously. This one looks as though it wants a screwdriver stuck down into the little bail and pried sideways, but hard to say for sure without seeing the underside.

That's a special self-sealing setup used by OEM. You just shove the square-cut hose over the barb all the way and the ring captures the end. To remove the hose you have to either slice the hose or cut the ring off with a Dremel. It's very clever and in theory re-usable, but if your hose doesn't have the same O.D. as the original you run into problems.

I can tell you from recent experience that if it hadn't been working you'd have noticed. Taking the plug off mine to show you disturbed the other one and it lost contact. Engine fires fine on three cylinders, but what a slug! Cycling the plug cured it.
