L Time for a new engine. At 211k you have done very well, so you should not feel bad about its demise. Except for the cost of replacement of course. Oh, the choices-Bostig, Subaru, etc., or fix the WBX with the crappy parts you can get today and hope for the best.

Good luck!

Stuart

Now, this engine has been sitting for a long time, but it seems that it emits excessive amounts of water in the exhaust. I have not run a compression or leakdown test yet, but would welcome suggestions on what to do next. Other info is that it did not pass emissions testing in OR.

Stock engine, 211K miles.

Any suggestions welcome.
