Good question. I just checked my receipts and that one was from Rock Auto in May 2010. Not sure why I ordered it from them. Maybe the regular vendors did not have rebuilds in stock at the time or something. I have rarely ordered anything from Rock Auto for the Vanagon.

It is crazy that it failed.

My question is: Where did this "rebuilt" injector come from? It seems to have been equipped with very poor quality hose.
