why the exclamation mark after Turkey?

It is the world's 15th largest GDP-PPP economy, has a strong economy, and after the global recession had an 8% growth in the economy in 2010.

$1.2 billion in ship building exports in 2011

Made just over a million automobiles in 2012, 16th largest producer in the world.
