It depends where you are on the demographic curve. It is either "us and our parents" or "us and our kids". Any way you look at it, it is a great mixture of inter generational knowledge and sharing of experience. Sometimes it is the "young-ins" with the knowledge and experience, and sometimes the "elders" are the new kids on the block.... Cheers!
