Once again to the area northwest of Port Renfrew here on Vancouver Island. Yes, we go there often and we will explore other areas next time, but it is relatively close (about 2.5 hrs from home to pop top up) and it is a nice place to sit, sun tan, and read books. Saw 5 bears this time, one running off the road as we drove, 3 below our campsite in the evening, and a bear carcass the next day on a dead end logging spur. pics here: http://shufti.wordpress.com/2013/07/08/trip-again-to-port-renfrew-area/ Had a bit of van trouble on the way home, I'm suspecting the throttle position switch. alistair |
