I know, right?

I reckon what's going on is that they naturally want to sell the things as versatile and rugged, so they show all kind of swell places to mount them. THEN they post a disclaimer -- like any company with a good lawyer should -- about what to do if the container is subjected to gains in elevation or high temps, which can pressurize the container to the bursting point.

As I found. It is, after all, just roto-molded plastic.

In hindsight, it's clear that I should not have filled it to the top.

Still, I gotta admit that I'm a little disappointed that this $80 3-gallon container popped a leak.
