Subject: spot weld broke on power window regulator

Spot welds broke on a power window regulator that I just got new from one of our fine vendors. Anyone have an idea of the best way to fix this? Window was up and down less than 100 times. Spot welds seem pretty deep to me but I dont really know much about that sort of thing. pics here ----> http://tinyurl.com/ocsbke3 Thanks in advance for any advice.
