Trevor, the answers you already got aren't going to change just because you don't like them. As I said, yes you can change the rotation by reversing the connections. The blower *will* have better output if it's turning in the right direction, and you should test it and see. However that's probably not your problem, it's probably the flap doors inside the heater box that bypass the blower. And if it is, you'll have to take it apart to fix them.
