lube it up and move the arm back and forth till is free. Back and forth as in close to the glass and away from the glass. NOT in the direction it moves as if to clean the glass. Its just crud built up where its supposed to pivot so the spring there can put tension on the arm to press against the glass. My rear wiper doesn't have any tension on the window. Wiper motor works fine (maybe a little slow to warm up then works ok). Any ideas how to get it working properly?
