Well in my case alcohol likely wasn't involved. Ya. Right! .... Ha ha. My Truckfridge's main task seems to be slaving away removing heat from beer. I recently added hydrogen peroxide to my Westy 1st aid kit. In terms of fluids, it would never occur to me to keep distilled water but with the added 3rd aux. battery, I really should carry some. Good to know it has another use. My first thought was to clean what I could on the cell phone with isopropyl but did not. Aside from a slightly dodgy "on" switch, the phone now works. Another WW list member kindly p-mailed the rice idea. I'd totally forgotten about that one. Neil.
