The gravel is was arranged by the R&D department for failing to top my
Dreadnought toaster. I hear morale is plummeting in the department. Most of
the designers and concept people have already been around here but I have
politely declined to interview them--partly out of respect for my worthy
competitor and partly because I wouldn't have them.
As for us at Felder Enterprises this weekend, while Bell was making
aluminum wool, everyone from all departments pitched in to help paint the
rear of my Westy plus put a new seal in the rear window AND some great new
VW insignia for the back hatch AND trace down a problem with the tag
lights. Split the end of my left index finger on the spinning counterweight
of an orbital air sander, making typing accurately almost impossible. I am
in mortal pain to even touch the end of that finger with anything. You can
almost smell the Schadenfreude at Coswell Cogs... I mean, Bell!
