ME:
I opened up all the panels I could and stuffed thick, soft foam from a
fabric store.  I cut it with an electric carving knife, the only use I have
for the thing.  After 10 years of sort-of-quiet, I had no (0) rust in those
panels and seams.  Maybe I just had a good original paint job.
