Hi Eric. My wiper moves, and I'll try and clean it this weekend and see if the lube solves things. It wasn't obviously dirty but I'll try. My pump has never squirted (keep your dirty thoughts to yourselves!) although I can hear it work. I assume there's a block but have never traced it back to the reservoir. One more item on a long to-do list. By the way Eric on a personal note can i just say how great it is that you are enjoying your van. I understand there are 'degrees' of blindness but you are really getting into things in a way that I never have. You have a level of enthusiasm for figuring stuff out that I don't. I just like camping :) Great to have you here on the list! Jeff

I have the same van as Jeff with a rear wiper problem. I can hear a hum in the back when it is turned on but no wiper movement and no fluid spray. If someone has a trouble shooting suggestion I'll be glad to follow the steps. > > Eric Caron > 85 GL Westfalia Auto with no wagging tail.
