You really have to get out your ohmmeter/diode checker and test it.

Assuming it's not illuminated, a center-off switch with six terminals will probably be wired as two separate switches, each with a common terminal in the center and a switched terminal at each end. Usually the closed side will be away from the side that has been pressed or the toggle moved toward.

You'd supply power to the switch common terminal, then wire from the respective switched terminals to the relay 86 terminals, and from the relay 85 terminals to ground.

You can use the second set of switch terminals to light a pair of pilot lights of different colors.

If the switch itself is illuminated it will have a ground terminal for the pilot light which may be incorporated into the switch mounting. The pilot may be wired a number of different ways.
