Time for the old one to go....I am a little confounded as to which one I
need to purchase for replacement as there are many options...but??? Which
one to buy?


So what can you all recommend for a fuel tank replacement for a 1.9 L,1985
Vanagon GL/Westy?


I might add after several attempts at 'dropping the old tank" following the
subscribed procedure... without success...so after much searching and
exasperation on my part;  I found that a PO/or previous boob " fixit guy"
 had drilled right into the old tank with a sheet metal screw...hence the
fact that the old tank suspended with no support at the rear end of the
tank local...the things people do,eh.
