I never expect to see much out of the temp gauge if there's no load on
the engine.
what is the status of the t-stat ? ...new ? ..german ? ...old used/don't
know ?
middle belly pan....makes me think of the pan under the large
diesel-fueled heater in some models..usually Canadian. ( I have one for
sale btw ) ..
as for the main engine belly pan ..
I only put those on for major trips.
Ihave at least one of those for sale.
sounds like your temp gauge is working.
