push back the hatch trim above the licesne plate lights. find two delicate plastic springey release clips on both ends of each light. gently lever that 'catch' little arm backso the light is released. and the light will be in your hands, attcached to the van by the wires. then take out the screws and bulbs.

treat the push-on wire connections ....particularly on the left licesne light .. those push on wire terminals feed power to the right light from the left light. they usually corrode and don't make contact. use electrical contact cleaner or at least , in my world, WD-40 putting those terminals back on.
