I have a pair of late model rear side windows that I want to install. Upon examination, I see the remains of a foam filter on the inside of the vent. Does the vent come apart to replace said foam and if so, how? Neither Bentley nor vagcat is much help. AND, any ideas on where to acquire said foam?

My rough recollection says the vents to not come apart (at least easily).
A few folks, slid-in new open-cell foam into the Vents...
