'Liquid Electrical Tape' is very handy for connections that need to be covered.. where , say, a butt splice with shrinkable tubing wasn't used. black electrical tape just falls off eventually ..plus it's gooey.

Liquid electrical tape lasts really really well, comes in black or red that I've seen.

I'd say that right side negative camber is causing the pull to the right. Hopefully you can get all that straightened out. Centering the steering wheel is part of a 'real' front end alignment. lol..even some shops that do front alignments don't know that.
