Dunno - but I saw several days of 95F back in 1970 when I lived in
Fairbanks. it was bloody hot when your blood has adjusted to a cooler
climate! Continued exposure to the colder weather over time causes and
increase in your hematcrit - iron in your blood - and you can feel it
when there are radical temp differences after you have adjusted.
