Made it home - no issues. Thank you all for the support and information to make an informed decision about driving home.

On the way home temp warning lights flashed again after about 10 minutes but I continued on as the temperature remained at mid point. At one point I had to stop and noticed front fan not running so I restarted and after a couple of minutes driving flashing warning temp light back on. However when I got back in the city I restarted at a red light and this time the front fan came on and I drove the rest of the way with everything acting normal. 15min with no flashing temp lights and the temp was even higher than when I was on the highway.

Thanks again . Getz
