Don't close down the Felder Enterprises factory yet Jim. There's many a slip betwixt cup and lip. Things planned for on bumper - bumper end caps. This sis going to be the hardest part of the job. Thinking of extending them a little further forward than the stock plastic caps - 4 holes in rear face for 4 MR16 type halogen lights recessed back from face as back up lights. - cut out in middle of bumper fro receiver hitch ( need to make the hitch yet) - and a bumper mounted (no body support) swing away spare tire thingy. alistair

Why aluminum? because I like the stuff, nicer to work with than steel, cleaner too. And I tend to contradict Colin Chapman's dictum of "simplify and add lightness" so starting with a lighter material will help keep the overall weight down :) > > > alistair > |
