John,

I would post the "Reason for Selling" at the bottom of the ad. To me the present format suggests a reluctant seller which may be good or bad. I prefer to buy from determined sellers who MUST sell -- not might sell.

Stick "Description" on top of your listing. Buyers want to know 'what' you're selling before the 'why'.

Most people won't read halfway down your ad. Having short lines makes the ad appear longer. Take it easy with your 'return key'. The shorter format does make it more convenient to read from mobile. I mean phones not Mobile, AL.😏
