This is new to me, anyway, I have not noticed it before. It is a rubbery
coating for rub strips and the like. It's black, sprays on, and renews the
finish. It really does look new. I have no idea what they will look like in
three or four years, but right now the rub strips on my 83 chrome bumpers
look 30 years younger.

Got it in the rattle can aisle at home depot.
