Hey that's pretty slick. Having BTDT with much simpler stuff, I can REALLY appreciate how challenging that is. And I've never laid hands on Aluminum or a TIG.

Where the end cap shapes to the body, doesn't that portion of body panel have at least two angles? Tricky.

Did you have fun setting up the welds? ;)
