I paid $1100 to the Maaco in Seattle to color match the faded (30 years old) paint on my 1982 TD Westy before I sold it.  They fixed a few minor dents in the process. Not too much in the way of overspray, but the interior stank of paint fumes for at least a week afterward. I think it helped sell the van, and I believe I recovered that cost when I sold it. I'm going to be doing similar research w/in the next year for my 1986 Westy Weekender that has a couple of rust spots that go all the way through the sheet metal. Don't think I'll go to Maaco for that.
