It's actually working out very well. Lots of advantages, especially being readily available when questions/issues pop up. My last painter would just move on and deal with it later. Very annoying...

Another good thing about your 'in-house' method. There's no chance for them to roll your bare shell outside to make room for another customer, where it's left uncovered and forgotten. The next thing you know, you have alot more rust than you had to begin with! This happened to me and two friends of mine....
