For an interesting stop along the way, or after you reach Calgary, take a look at the Head Smashed In Buffalo Jump in Lethbridge AB, about an hour south of Calgary.  See how the First Nations folks hunted the big critters.   Stephen ________________________________ From: Jason Ellsmere <jasonellsmere@ME.COM> To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Sent: Thursday, August 8, 2013 1:21 PM Subject: Tips? Toronto to Calgary through Canada Hello All I'm leaving today with the dog for a little drive across the country.  Considering overnight stays should be roughly around Sudbury, Brandon, Medicine Hat.  Need to be in Calgary by noon on Monday.  Trying to keep driving around 10 hours a day. Any tips on places to stay, eat, brief stops along the way, things to avoid.  Good VW shops just in case (fingers crossed). Driving a silver 1990 Westy. Thanks in advance Jason Toronto
