Just remove the right bracket.

Dear Volks,

I'm trying to replace the muffler on my van - and it has kicked my butt!

I removed the Cat successfully, removed the muffler holding straps without much difficulty - but I cannot for the life of me get the old muffler from under the van. I can move it around - but cannot seem clear all the surrounding parts to get it out from under the van.

Is there a way - or must I remove the muffler support brackets to accomplish the muffler removal from underneath. I really hate to even think about it!! It's hot, it's humid, it gonna rain again this afternoon. It's summertime in Alabama and I have to work on this outside!

Thanks.

John R
