Hi Rob,

When whatever you want is on the screen, try hitting "Print Screen", then pasting that into Paint (or whatever) to crop it. <CTRL><ALT> "Print Screen" will grab just the active window, rather than the whole screen. Be aware that the whole screen includes the mouse pointer :o)
