Try a fine needle or pin in the orifice. Sometimes that just pushes any crud back down and then the crud comes back up... I've used rubber tipped nozzle on air gun (compressor) to carefully blow the crud back down the lines. You can take the tank out - three 10mm bolts on tank, filler neck has crew collar inside van, pump electrical connections pull off, hose will come off (heat gun helps to soften hose if needed). Then you can rinse out tank. Alistair
