There are two letters on the faucet knob, T and C as I remember, standing for Tank (the 12v onboard source) and City, the outside water hookup. If you want water from the tank, turn the know toward T. If you want "city water," turn the handle the opposite direction. If C doesn't work, suspect the check valve in the plumbing attached to the back of the water inlet on the outside of your westy. If it's making it past there, the problem is at the faucet. Jim
