That's the symptom of a blocked vent.

....what David said. I'll admit, I don't try running full-force water through the GW nozzle, but it flows very fast and fills the 13 gal. tank in 5 minutes at most. Thats the nice feature of that nozzle, it has a valve on it that can be flow-adjusted.
