Another fun thing if you have more time on your hands and have nothing better to do with your VW Horn is. Change the pitch. On most of the VW Hella and Blaupunkt horns there is a cap in the middle and you can turn the small screw under the cap. Pop the cap off turn the screw in or out and beep the horn, Turn and beep till you find the Pitch you prefer.

I usually keep it an a regular ol Beep But to giggle like a school girl it can come up with some very funny sounds. Do some playing with it and you will see what I mean.

My father would on almost every vehicle he had would install air horns with a relay and switch so if he got pulled over for a insanely loud horn he would flip the switch under his dash and it would be the stock horn.
