Speed readings on the Bostig won't be correct. From what I understand per conversations with Jim, the speed sensor gear isn't designed to give accurate speed readings so much as get the computer to recognize whether the car is moving or not.

The Scantool does work well, and I pair it with a cheap netbook. I don't usually carry it around, but I like the idea of connecting my iPhone to the ODBII, since I always have that with me.
