Lots of German vehicle racers swear by Swepco for their racecars...which is pretty heavy use...Swepco is not synthetic. I use it in my 5sp van and I used it in my 928 race car...I think it does a good job and I've always put some effort into looking around and checking out what other people are using with good results, then copying them... My stroker V8 Porsche had huge torque, needed all the tranny help I could give it...
