Not mine. http://richmond.craigslist.org/cto/4027105422.html  ELECTRIC PURPLE 1990 VANAGON NEW ENGINE BAD TRANSMISSION - $2000 (Tappahannock, VA)   I had a new long block rebuild done late 2010 and after 2500 miles, the transmission stopped going into 3rd gear. Body, frame, suspension, engine, tires, wheels, interior all very good. Looks great. All glass and seals OK. Dash good. Has some nice speakers, but I pulled the stereo out. Seats 7 with plenty of hauling space. Water cooled 2.1. I replaced cooling tubes, gas tank, mass air flow sensor, engine and a bunch of other stuff. This was my daughter's. It didn't suit her, so I drove it for a few months until the trans stopped doing 3rd. Great ride. It is at the french mechanic's place who did the engine. I have receipts and he can talk to you about it. Might take something to ride, play, or resale on Craigslist in trade. Thanks. 804-761-five-six-eight-six.
