I'm not that big a fan of the all metal ones being offered by GoWesty, as I have had the knob break right off on some in less than 3 weeks regardless of the condition of the window regulator. GoWesty must have bought a pile of old stock of these because they're no longer being made anymore. Originally they were made for the now defunct H&H Distributors (wholesale only) out of the Bay area. I do have a pair on my GL that have lasted for a few years.

Plastic spacers are still available, Airhead/VWG makes them and sells them in pairs:

I use the Euromax Crank replacements, have for the past few years on my 84 Westy, nothing special, but they do work for me:
