Eric,
If you can feel the things like screws along the top of the upper grill,
you may have detected that they have flat screwdriver slots that are
horizontal. Turn all five of them so the slots are vertical and they will
release the top edge of the grill so that you can tilt it out. The bottom
of the grill has projections that hook on the edge of the sheet metal.
Reverse the process to replace the grill.
The horizontal positioning has to be accurate. I usually start by lining
up the center "screw" with its hole, pressing in and turning it a quarter
turn to lock it. Then I check that the hooks are properly over the edge of
the metal below as I go toward either end. Then I turn the four remaining
fasteners to lock them.
